There's also a Chrome Extension called "Meeting Timer - for Google Meet". It connects to your Google Calendar and then displays a timer automatically for every call that matches the calendar event.

when i present a tab to be able to play music, the viewers see that tab, as their main visual, during the meet- is there a way to present the tab to play music, but NOT see that tab presenting to the viewers ??

How do I create student accounts?

The title is how to use Google Meet, yet it is missing the whole subject of using Google Meet to make a video call to a person or persons. In a calling situation, it is a surprise thing - the recipient may or may not be using the phone, so how does an invite arrive - text msg, e-mail msg, or ?????. What does the recfipient then do - respond to the text, open Google Message, what?????.

Hello Dan, just an update MagicSlides app now supports information right from Wikipedia so when you enter some topic we can get info from Wikipedia. this helps gets the most accurate info for presentation and latest info to give it a try and let me know
